UK Pinball Arcade supplies new, refurbished, and used pinball machines and arcade machines to customers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to make payment for your order.

3. Products

We offer a range of:

  • New pinball machines
  • Refurbished pinball machines
  • Used pinball machines
  • New arcade machines
  • Refurbished arcade machines
  • Used arcade machines
  • Accessories and related products where available

Due to the nature of refurbished and used equipment, each machine may have unique cosmetic characteristics, signs of previous use, or minor variations. Product photographs are provided for illustration and may not always represent the exact machine supplied unless specifically stated.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit product quantities.
  • Withdraw products without notice.
  • Refuse orders where stock is unavailable.
  • Cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors.

If we cannot fulfil your order after payment has been received, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product or arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.

If an incorrect price is identified before your order is accepted, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you before processing it.

Prices do not include delivery charges unless expressly stated.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically create a legally binding contract.

An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and begin processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse any order where:

7. Payment

At present, we accept payment by bank transfer.

Orders will only be prepared for dispatch after cleared funds have been received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment details are entered correctly when making a bank transfer.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

8. Ownership of Goods

Ownership of any goods remains with UK Pinball Arcade until full payment has been received and cleared.

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver throughout:

  • United Kingdom
  • Republic of Ireland

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Delivery location
  • Courier schedules
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or transport delays where applicable

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

10. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect their delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

If the packaging appears significantly damaged, customers should:

  • Record the condition with photographs before opening where possible.
  • Notify the delivery driver if appropriate.
  • Contact us promptly after delivery.

Failure to report transit damage within a reasonable time may affect our ability to investigate claims with the carrier.

11. Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Returned products should be:

  • Complete.
  • Returned with all accessories supplied.
  • Packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Returns may be refused where products have been damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or improper handling.

12. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, eligible products include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects and faults arising under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage.
  • Cosmetic wear.
  • Damage caused during customer transport after delivery.
  • Incorrect installation.
  • Electrical surges.
  • Water damage.
  • Fire.
  • Abuse or misuse.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow operating instructions.

13. Product Condition

New Machines

New machines are supplied by the manufacturer or authorised distributor and should be in new condition unless otherwise stated.

Refurbished Machines

Refurbished machines have been professionally restored, repaired, cleaned, serviced, or upgraded where appropriate. Cosmetic signs of previous ownership may remain.

Used Machines

Used machines have previously been owned and may display cosmetic wear, age-related marks, or other signs consistent with normal use. These characteristics do not necessarily affect functionality.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate order information.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries where required.
  • Verify that sufficient access exists for delivery.
  • Follow installation and operating instructions.
  • Use products safely and responsibly.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Pinball Arcade shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Loss of business.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of revenue.
  • Loss of opportunity.
  • Loss of data.
  • Delays outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Fire.
  • Flood.
  • Pandemic.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Industrial disputes.
  • Transport disruption.
  • Power outages.
  • Cyber attacks affecting essential systems.
