Unless otherwise stated, eligible pinball machines and arcade machines purchased from UK Pinball Arcade include:

6-Month Warranty

The warranty period begins from the date the product is delivered and installed.

The warranty applies to defects and faults that occur during normal use within the warranty period.


2. Products Covered

Our warranty may apply to:

  • Refurbished pinball machines.
  • Used pinball machines.
  • New arcade machines.
  • Refurbished arcade machines.
  • Used arcade machines.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product condition, age, manufacturer specifications, and information provided at the time of purchase.

Any specific warranty terms relating to an individual product will be communicated before purchase where applicable.


3. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers faults caused by defects in materials, components, or workmanship under normal operating conditions.

6. Installation and Relocation

UK Pinball Arcade provides professional installation within the UK and Ireland where applicable.

Warranty coverage applies when the machine is:

  • Installed correctly.
  • Used according to operating instructions.
  • Connected to a suitable power supply.

If a machine is moved, transported, modified, or reinstalled by a third party after delivery, any resulting damage may not be covered under warranty.


7. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Customers should not arrange transportation of a machine for warranty purposes without first contacting us.

This warranty provides additional support for eligible products and does not remove or limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty cannot be transferred without written approval from UK Pinball Arcade.
