1. 30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Order details.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photos or videos where applicable.

Returns must be approved by UK Pinball Arcade before the product is sent back.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include all original accessories, components, manuals, and supplied items.
  • Be packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Be in a condition suitable for resale, unless the return relates to a fault or damage.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.


3. Returns for New Machines

New pinball machines and arcade machines may be returned within the 30-day return period if they meet the return conditions.

The product must:

  • Not have been intentionally damaged.
  • Not have been modified.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling, damage, or missing components may affect the refund amount.


4. Returns for Refurbished and Used Machines

Because refurbished and used machines are previously owned equipment, they may have:

  • Minor cosmetic marks.
  • Signs of previous use.
  • Age-related wear.
  • Small imperfections consistent with their condition.

These characteristics are normally described in the product listing and do not qualify as defects.

A return may still be requested within the 30-day return period, provided the machine meets the return requirements.


5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order information.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the problem.

We may request additional information to assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • Replacement parts.

6. Warranty Claims

Products covered by our warranty are subject to our separate Warranty Policy.

Our standard warranty period is:

6 months from the date of delivery

7. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the size and weight of pinball and arcade machines, return transportation may require specialist handling.

Customers should contact us before arranging any return shipment.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied due to an error on our part, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.


8. Large Item Returns

Pinball machines and arcade machines are large and heavy products that require careful transportation.

Customers must ensure:

  • The machine is protected during transport.
  • Suitable delivery arrangements are made.

Damage caused by poor packaging or improper return transportation may affect eligibility for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your return.

If your return is approved:

11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where an order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will consider cancellation requests and advise on the next steps.

Once a product has been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.

For special orders, pre-orders, or products sourced specifically for a customer, different cancellation and refund conditions may apply.
