Pinball Refurbishing Process
When it comes to the state of the secondhand pinball machines we sell, we are proud to have the highest standards. The term “refurbished” has multiple meanings, and competitors frequently use the term “restored” to refer to their method.
Our comprehensive restoration and renovation procedure consists of:
- If necessary, replace damaged circuit boards and rebuild damaged connectors.
- Clean the backboard and change the backbox lights.
- Translite glass and clean translite
- As needed, replace the translite trim.
- Vacuum a cabinet’s inside
- Perform a thorough playfield dismantling.
- Reassemble after cleaning ramps, plastics, etc.
- Complete the last playtest.
- Conduct extensive playtesting and make any required modifications.
- Replace the bulbs and clean the lamp boards.
- Reflow connectors for lamp boards
- Replace or reweld damaged scoops
- Change the star posts as needed.
- Put in fresh balls
You are very unlikely to receive these services from our competitors:
- Replace the flipper buttons.
- If needed, repair or repaint the coin door.
- Put in new legs
- Change every piece of playfield rubber.
- Add LED lights to every Bally/Williams game.
- Rebuild the flippers
- Wax and clean the entire field.
- Install every new lightbulb.
- Install new playfield glass.
